Aiki Homes would like to welcome you to your new home. We have used our many years of experience and training to design and build a quality home for you to enjoy and create lasting memories in. Our goal is to create a home with the inviting qualities of beauty and comfort, and we hope that our efforts are successful. We are pleased to offer you a custom designed, resource efficient, healthy home.
You should have received with your home a Home Owner's Manual. We have provided warranty and instruction booklets, product lists, radiant heat information, as well as other information you may find helpful in the future. Any additional information that you feel is needed may be available at our office. It is important to note a couple of things.
- The Builder Warranty, please sign and return one copy to our office.
- Customer Comments and Suggestions. We really do want to hear from you!
- Product & Warranty Registration. You will find these in the Product Warranty Binder.
We want to continue to offer excellent service and we want to hear from you. As you and your house settle, you may find some items that you would like us to fix. We would be happy to with a punch list from you. Please send us an email or letter with all the issues and we will assign one of our employees to quickly complete the listed items. If at any time you have questions about your home or would like to make changes we are happy to help, just contact us.
